Kusuma Healing was created because energy work and breath work changed my life so much and I want to share that with the world. It took me 40 years to finally be able to deal with anxiety, trauma, and an overactive mind that was destroying my life. I learned techniques that challenged everything I knew about healing and my life on several levels.
