ENERGY HEALING

Service Description

I teach a simple breath work technique to help one relax and get into a meditative state. I then ground myself to Mother Earth and allow a connection to Source energy. I set an intention for healing and allow source to do its work. I am just a facilitator of the energy coming through me. I hold no expectations ( and ask that you do the same) having faith that Source knows best whats needed at that time. I will provide you with feedback when finished and give you the tools to do the inner work based on the feedback I felt during the session. My goal is not to heal you. My goal is to empower you to heal yourself with the energy of Source.
